There are different levels and layers of wellness. Let me name a couple for thought.
1. Bio Chemical - What are we putting in our body for wellness? What is our body reacting to from our environment? Fragrance, pollution, cleaning chemicals? Food? Underlying viruses, allergies, medical issues, etc.?
2. Energy or Spirit - what are we engaging in that's good for our soul and spirit? How are we nurturing ourselves and others?
3. Mind/Emotions - what are we reacting to in our environment? what are we saying to ourselves? What are we creating? Are we choosing to create peace and tranquility? Are we engaging in a lot of stressful situations?
4. Body- How does your body feel? Is it getting enough nutrients, rest, joy, happiness, and activity?
It's good from time to time to self-evaluate and write down thoughts and ideas about these subjects. Research, learn and grow. Engage in or seek wellness activities to produce longevity, joy, happiness and even hope.
