Walking with an open heart on a daily basis allows our energy to flow freely. It allows us to nurture ourselves, our lives and the people we situate ourselves around, rather it be by chance, fate or purposeful action. It's important for us to cultivate and nurture our life force. It helps us live strong and healthy lives. We determine what is toxic to us, what needs to be healed, and what needs to be worked on for us to grow and determine our success in life. We know what we love and what brings us a joy and we find the balance we need to seek in perfecting our life plan, wellness and foundation.
Our soul and guidance are important to listen to. It's a navigating source of pureness for our life. Our choices and beliefs determine our outcomes in life and the more tuned into our inner guidance the better. We determine the amount of success, desires and wellness we want to achieve in life. This may require healing work, but in truth, it's within your grasp and request from spirit to your soul! We must listen to and honor our choices, beliefs and others and we will see a nurturing of our own well-being. God is the source of all goodness, when we commit to a spiritual lifestyle and purpose, choose faith over fear, live by love and hope we can see amazing miracles support our life plan, purpose and life. She created an amazing, supportive business to support others in health and gave others a platform to spread their message of inner well-being and spirituality. She has inspired generations of people to live healthier, happier lives! God Bless Her! Jennifer Burrus, www.nccandh.com Developing compassion is an inside job! Some people are naturally born with loads of compassion and love. Then, there are those of us who have to work on developing it. We have to find a natural balance with compassion, empathy and truth in our spirit. When we take time to meditate, contemplate love, good, truth and practice forgiveness we start developing more compassion and understanding with self-reflection. When we choose to love ourselves, we can be a little more forgiving when it comes to other people. We are all on this journey at different phases of our life and life cycles. Occasionally, we can get a little judgmental and point things out in others that bug us. This is usually a reflection about ourselves, in some way. When you feel the need to bring other's down or talk bad about them, ask yourself what you're missing in your spirit that feeds your inner joy and happiness. This isn't to blame you for finding fault, but it's a good time to do a check in with yourself. A good question to ask yourself; are you really manifesting your life the way you want to? Is there something coming up about your own self-worth or inner healing? To have compassion for others, we must also have compassion for our-self. It's also good to practice healthy boundaries! Sometimes this comes from emotional healing work, mental healing work or spiritual healing work.
Wishing you all loads of love, joy and happiness. Jennifer at Natural Choice Coaching and Healing www.nccandh.com Read today's email about spiritual coaching and healing here. Topics include:
Natural Choice Coaching & Healing Jennifer Ann Burrus, LMP, RMT & Coach www.nccandh.com When we take time to meditate, to look with for the answers, we begin to really develop a healthy relationship with our self. We begin to understand ourselves more and can see our-self in a new way. We can see our light and our darkness. We can see where we may have been to harsh or over bearing.
When we know who we are we can navigate life with our strengths and develop our weaknesses. We know where we begin and end and we know when someone is in our space that shouldn't be. We start becoming more in-tune with life when we pay attention. We can see where we may have had some sort of misunderstanding in life that caused us to make unhealthy decisions or prevent us from living at our full potential. When we get to inward focused, we can drive our self a little mad. So, we want to do this with balance and respect to our being and remember to also engage in service, relationship and joyful activities. We need healthy balance in our life. For each of us, that may look a little different. We all have our own blue print, design and capabilities. I said I made a few changes to the website in this recording but after contemplation, I decided to just keep bodywork on this site. I'm bringing my spiritual side of my nature into practice, into play in my business. So I can teach what has been given and share how I practice my work for creating balance, through health, wellness and spirituality.
